We are so sorry to learn of Frank’s death. We remember him as such a kind and uplifting person and have such fond memories of our years at Asheville Catholic. Frank stands out in our memory as a very loving father and what fun we had enjoying our boys playing basketball. Susan, we place an ornament that you made on our tree every year and think of Alan. We still appreciate Alan’s kindness to Richard especially as he adjusted to Asheville Catholic. His kindness, just like his dad’s stands out in our memories. 23. I have to believe that I was one of the last people that Frank help find employment, since I was hired by TTC on October 15th. I spoke to Frank on Nov. the 13th; checking in to update him on how things were going.

During the process with Frank, and being hired by TTC, Frank went beyond my expectations. I we quickly went from ‘guy looking for a job/guy finding people for jobs’ to a real friendship. Frank had a way about him that was soothing, optimistic, inspiring, and always made me feel like he was an advocate for me, not just checking off boxes to see if I was the right fit.

Frank made an impact on me during the months we spent time together. Frank was different; had an interest in me. That is unusual in the world these days. The world is a lesser place.

  24. Susan: I was so sorry to hear of Frank’s passing and I apologize in the delay in sending this but we have moved to Mesa,AZ and I don’t keep up with the news back home so much. Again, I am so sorry for your loss. Frank was a wonderful, kind, gentle man and I enjoyed my time working with him at Kimmel & Fredericks all so many years ago! May the peace of God be with you now and always.

  25. I am so sorry to hear of Frank Bruckner’s passing away. Frank was instrumental is securing the current employment opportunity I enjoy shortly before his passing. Although I never met Frank, our conversations were so open and honest and forthcoming it often felt we were sitting in the same room talking. He will be sorely missed I am sure by many who he has touched. May God Bless you and your family as you carry on with his memory.

  26. I started talking with Frank in 1992, while in LA, & it eventually led to a opportunities in the SouthEast. Frank was very reassuring, & was a consummate professional. He will be very much missed by all, certainly. DFD
