  2. While living in Rome, NY, our mother Bianca Parish, was fortunate to have Frances Sinclair as a good friend. They enjoyed taking painting and sculpting at the Rome Art and Community Center where they also studied languages. Frances was a student in Mom’s Italian class and both attended Polish class together. We are grateful for their friendship and we extend sincere condolences to her daughters and family, Pamela and Marisa Parish
