John, Steven & Family, What a joy to have known Frances while living in Asheville. She always smiled & had a kind word for everyone. When she frequented the office, she came in the door smiling & left the same way-a smile on her face & a song in her heart. She is resting in the presence of the Almighty God & is having the most wonderful experience with our Lord & Savior, Jesus Christ. HE needed one more bloom for HIS bouquet, and Frances was called to meet that need. May the Lord be with you during this time, and just give HIM the praise & Glory. For those who are ready to meet HIM, we will spend more time with our loved ones than we will spend without them. Love in Christ to the family.

John, who is going to be my polka partner now? Presumably, I can still sleep in your bathtub though if the need arises, right? It’s hard to believe we’ve all been friends for about 46 years.

Janet,
We’re so sorry to hear of your mother’s passing and know how much you will miss her. We didn’t learn of it until today, and too late to attend the service. She was a sweet lady..always had a smile on her face that you inherited. Even though you won’t physically see her, know that she will never be too far from the family she loved so much. Know that your friends love you and lifting you up in prayer through the coming weeks. Lean on us when you need to. We love you!
Aunt Frances will be missed a lot. You all are in our thoughts.

Dear Janet, I am sorry for the loss of your mother. I am sure that from reading your guest book that your mother had that same sweet spirit about her that you have.Pam called me last night to let me know.May God bless you and your family and give you strength during these times of pain.
To me, Frances has been a model of beauty and gentleness. In the thirty years I have known Frances, I have witnessed her loving, caring nature (a women’s Bridge Club is a lot of chatter as well as playing the game). Her illness proved how brave and caring she was to the very end. I will miss her dearly. Janet Bland
My love is with each of the family.
My love for Frances has always been and will always be my joy. A friend
for ever.
John, Janet, Steve and families,
How we will miss Fran! We first met Fran in 1966 while looking for housing upon arrival in Asheville. Our frindship has meant so much! This summer I had the privilege of visitng with Fran about once a week. She always had a smile and lifted my spirits! George and I left two weeks ago on a long planned trip and Fran and I said our goodbys the day before we left. I am so sorry to have missed her service but was there in spirit. I loved her and will miss her but I know that there is a new bright star in heaven.

Uncle John, Janet & Steve – I was sharing with my family the wonderful times we had with Aunt Frances; visiting in West Palm Beach, watching the 1st moon landing together in Asheville, and visits to Grandma Ada’s in Rock Hill. She was a special person and will be missed.
