Flossie Sue Worley, age 83, left this world to be with the Lord Saturday April 7, 2018.
Flossie was born September 25, 1934 in Sandy Mush, Buncombe County. She graduated from Leicester High School, and then attended Lees McRae College. Flossie moved to Michigan in 1953 where she was married and raised three children. In 1982 she returned to Candler N.C. Flossie was a member of Good News Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Norvil and Alzura King; brothers, Wilkie, Ervin, Danie, Mark, Kelse, Leonard, and Wallace; sisters, Lila Gallion, Deice Mcelreath, Sally Radcliff, Letha Gosnall, Mamie Sluder, and Lilly Tomlinson.
Surviving are her husband, Paul Worley, married 63 years; son, Michael Worley and wife Esperanza; son, Edward Worley and wife Heather; daughter, Pamela Bottenhorn and husband Kirk; grandchildren, Elizabeth, Michael, Rabecca, Daniel, Eddie, Emily, and Kyler; and great-grandchildren, Daniel and Addison.
Family will receive friends from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 14, 2018 followed by a service at 2:00 p.m. at Groce Funeral Home, 1401 Patton Ave., Asheville, N.C. The Rev. Rick McCarson will officiate.
Burial will be in the Forest Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery.

Dear Uncle Paul and rest of the family & am so sorry about Aunt Fossie! We shall see her again as she is with all the beautiful Angels for she now is one! I will not ever forget my times well spent as we got see her and she Lila would just talk things and she would check me even in passing then of others. I Love you all.
