Edna Milsap Alexander

Edna Mae Milsap Alexander, 81, of Oteen, died Friday, May 16, 2008 at Grace Hospital in Morganton, NC. A native of Maryville, TN, she was a daughter of the late Lafayette and Alice Gunter Milsap. Edna was also preceded in death by her husband, Bill Alexander. She retired from CTS with 37 years of service and at the time of her death was a CNA with Kelly Home Healthcare. Edna is survived by two sons, Chris Millisiplus, of Hendersonville and Bill Biddix, of Asheville; four grandchildren, Billy Biddix, Theresa Biddix, Tina Holiman and Michelle Robinson, eight great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, May 20, 2008 at Groce Funeral Home at Lake Julian. Interment will follow at Piney Mountain United Methodist Church Cemetery in Candler. The family will receive friends from 7:00-9:00 PM on Monday at the funeral home.
