  11. Dear Aleta, Joey and Ann,

Please know that all of you are in my thoughts and prayers in the loss of Dr. Joe.

Dr. Joe was the second president of the T. C. Roberson Rams Club. He, as most folks know, played a leading role in getting our soccer team at T.C. Roberson High School. Time and space will not permit me to tell all of the stories that could be told about this very caring man. He will be sorely missed by many people. Especially me. I hope to speak with all of you on February 11

    Sincerely,

    Tommy Koontz

  16. Dear Joey and Anne,
I’m so sorry to hear of the loss of your dad.I remember seeing him standing along the sidelines of many TCR soccer games! My thoughts and prayers are with you and your families.

  17. To the family of Dr. Joe, I wish to express my family’s deepest condolences to all of you. He was such a super individual – always took such efforts as a dentist to make your experience as a dental patient the most comfortable and pain-free as he could. He was genuinely concerned about you as a patient as well as you as a person. We would see him often at the Huddle House for breakfast after he retired and he still stopped for a handshake and a visit. He will be missed by many of us here in the community. He was so proud of his parents and his children and their accomplishments. He often spoke of his parents and how his son in California was helping the people with hearing impairments. I hope all of you can find comfort in the support of his many friends and family at this most difficult time.

  18. My thoughts & prayers are with all of you! I have so many fond memories of Joe. May God hold you close during this very difficult time!
