Doris Marie Quakenbush
November 1, 1940 ~ January 12, 2013
Doris Marie Quakenbush went home to be with the Lord Saturday, January 12, 2013 at Aston Park Healthcare Center.
A native of Buncombe County, she was wife of the late Donald Eugene Quakenbush and was daughter of the late Robert Charles Lanning and Lillian Calloway Lanning.
Doris is survived by three children, Kelly Pippin, Kim Wilkie and Keith Quakenbush; four grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Kassidi, Lauren and Aubrie. She is also survived by seven sisters and one brother.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Words of Life Tabernacle 815 Glenn Bridge Road Arden, N.C. 28704.
The family would like to express their appreciation to Aston Park Healthcare Center for their love, care and support to Doris during her stay.
