Heaven’s gain is our loss, and we truly feel that loss, but we have eternity to look forward to.
Dear family, we are with you in spirit even though we can’t be there personally. Consider yourselves hugged, loved, and lifted to the Lord daily.

  20. Bob abd Debbie opened their home and hearts to the members of the singles class at First Baptist Church of Asheville. Debbie worked hard to make each gathering very special, always fun and she made us all feel like family. Our memories of the christian fellowship, laughter, love and high jinks will be with us forever! We know we should be celebrating Debbie’s life and that she is safe in the arms of Jesus, with God in Heaven; but right now we can’t help but feel overwhelming sadness…for Bob, Natalie, Emily and family. Our Love and Prayers…Leon and Reta Reagan

  21. Bob, Sorry to hear about Debbie’s passing. I know she will be missed by everyone that knew her. When I think of the times spent with you and Debbie, those were some of my best memories. Debbie was a wonderful person.May the memories of Debbie stay close to your heart.

  22. Dear Bob, Natalie and Emily,
I was just going through some recent papers and was shocked to see Debbie’s beautiful picture on the obituary page. I’m so sorry that I didn’t know anything about it till now. What sweet memories I have of her and the fellowship we had in Spruce Pine as you all helped me learn to be a pastor’s wife! I believe that Jerry met her in heaven and they are eager to share it with us. May the Lord Jesus be your comfort day and night and may He bless each of you as only He can. I’ve found that all of His promises are true and He loves us, especially in the darkest valley. I’m glad He thought of tear ducts, but we cry with hope, knowing that we’ll have eternity with Him and our loved ones in heaven. Love to you all, Sally Jer. 29:11
