Clara Bishop Radcliff, 98, went to be with her Lord and Savior on March 12, 2026.
Born on August 12, 1927, Clara lived a long and meaningful life centered around her faith, her family, and caring for others. She was a firm believer in Jesus Christ, and that faith guided her throughout her life.
Clara was preceded in death by her husband, Lamar Radcliff, and her sons, Foy Lanning and Alvin Lanning.
She is survived by her children, Jesse Lanning and Amy Davis, along with several grandchildren and great-grandchildren who will continue to cherish her memory.
Clara retired from Central Supply at Mission Hospital, where she worked for many years. She took pride in her work and in knowing she played a small part in helping care for others in the community.
Those who knew Clara will remember her best for the love she shared through her cooking. She enjoyed preparing meals and bringing people together around the table. Spending time with friends and family, sharing food, stories, and laughter, brought her great joy.
Clara will be remembered for her strong faith, kind heart, and the love she showed to those around her. While she will be deeply missed, her family finds comfort knowing she is now at peace and reunited with loved ones who went before her.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, March 16, 2026, at Hoopers Creek Cemetery.
Groce Funeral Home at Lake Julian is assisting the family.

Clara was a delight to be around….always looked happy. I remember the care that she showed me so very many years ago.
