Christopher Furman Ingle, 51, passed away on Monday, December 14, 2020.

An Asheville native, Chris was a son of Susan Diane Brookshire Ingle and the late Floyd Ingle.

Chris was passionate about his work as a truck driver for Land O’ Sky Distributors. In his time off he loved taking camping trips to the beach and to the lake and he loved to go on cruises.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his daughter, Cheyenne Ingle; son, Zachary Ingle; sisters, Misty Ingle and Tammy Emory; brother, Scott Ingle; and his girlfriend, Pamelia Burt.

In lieu of a formal visitation, Mr. Ingle will lie in repose at Groce Funeral Home on Patton Ave. on Friday between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. All are welcome to stop by to pay their respects and sign the register. A private memorial service will be held for the family.

In lieu of flowers, his family asks that memorials be made to Autism Speaks or to the American Cancer Society.

    • Tammy, I am so sorry you lost a brother. Truly I am. Not everyone knows the suffering and pain like he had done. I feel that it was time for him to receive the angels to take him home. Always remember that life does take you different places from day to day. Love comes as fast as it is taken. May you and your family know that my heart feels broken for all of you. One day we will find out that In God’s wonderful kingdom, everybody LOVES one another and you are not gonna miss your family no more. My Condolences.
