Thank you for your and Capt. Jeff’s life of Service. IF your husband/father was in the Service Career than you were too. Thank you!
Every since this terrible incident, I have thought about your family everyday. I know your pain is deep and feels untouchable at times. We don’t know each other personally, but if I could I would hug you. It is a terrible tradegy to have our most loved-loved ones taken away before you feel your life is complete with them. From the stories I have read, it sounds like Jeff was a great husband and father. I hope your memories bring you comfort and make you feel love when you don’t feel like you can make it. The hope that all the love around you reaches out and holds your hand and helps you and your family stay strong.
Stacy,
We are very sorry for the death of your husband. We didn’t know him, but Roger and I have fond memories of you as a teenager at Mt. Zion Free Will Baptist Church in Marshall, NC back in the 1980s when Roger was your pastor. We had some fun times going to singings on that old bus and going on picnics down on the river. That group of kids are still precious to me and Roger – you were our first group of church kids as Mt. Zion was the first church Roger ever pastored. We love you very much, and you and your family will be in our prayers.
Love, Roger, Diane and Sarah Boone
