He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert and Virginia Bayless.
Branden is survived by his mother, Lori Kent of Asheville; brother Sean Kent of Hendersonville and sister, Shelly Kent of Greenville, SC.
Groce Funeral Home on Tunnel Road is assisting the family.
