Bonnie Mae Plemmons Chandler, 80, passed away on Monday, June 19, 2023.
A native of Madison Co., Bonnie was the daughter of the late Paul and Emma Mills Plemmons. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Chandler.
She is survived by her children, Susan Ward (Doug), Emma Chandler, Johnny Michael Chandler (Kristie), and Sandra Wright (Jeff), and many other family members.
Private services were held. Mrs. Chandler rests at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery, Hot Springs, NC.

She was my mother too susie ward I was her youngest that took care of her last 5 years .
Aunt Bonnie loved me just like l was her daughter. She called and made sure l was okay when Daddv passed away, even tho I knew she was hurting also.
I am proud to have had such a wonderful Aunt Bonnie.
I know that when Aunt Bonnie got to Heaven on Monday morning,she had Uncle Johnny and my Daddy ànd Uncle Ed waiting with open arms.
I am going to miss you Aunt Bonnie, but we will keep you in our hearts an in memories.
So glad we could be together for your service today.
Cousin Susie did a beautiful job honoring your request today.
You would have been proud of everything It was the way you wanted.
We love you Aunt Bonnie and will never forget that you loved your family.

I cry every day for one more hug and our talks .Reading from the Bible. I’m at a loss of words from all the pain .I know your in a better place and know more pain .Your with Daddy where you always wanted to be .You where the most amazing and beautiful mom,aunt ,grandmother ,wife and great grandmother on the world. I did exactly what you wanted me to do mom .I honored you and Daddy. So glad I was with you until your last breath here on earth like I promised you I would .Yes it hurt but I new you caught it in heaven where you belong .You were at peace finally
