Blanche Crain Tinker

Blanche Crain Tinker, 93, of Aztec Lane, Asheville, died Tuesday, July 16, 2013, at the John F. Keever Hospice Solace Center. A native of Madison Co., she was a daughter of the late Liza Jane Crain. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Tinker. Mrs. Tinker is survived by a daughter, Novilla Brady; a son, Elden W. Slagle and wife Rachel; and three grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday in the Patton Ave. chapel of Groce Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Green Hills Cemetery.
