Bill Brown, 85, of 901 Austin Branch Road, Leicester, died Tuesday, March 22, 1999, in St. Joseph Hospital.
Mr. Brown was born in Madison County and was a son of the late Andrew Jackson and Mary Jane Lane Brown. He was married to Flarence McMahon Brown, who died April 20, 1995. He was a retired tobacco farmer and a member of Little Sandy United Methodist Church.
He is survived by a daughter, Maribeth Wilson of Candler; two sons, David and Johnny Brown of Leicester; and a granddaughter.
Graveside services will be at 2:00 pm Thursday at Little Sandy United Methodist Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Little Sandy United Methodist Cemetery Fund.
