Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Betty was exactly as described . When i work at a major department store Betty was one of my most valuable Customers . I can not ever remember her buying for herself it was usually for the children of her employees . Just another wonderful person God allowed in my life who has left this year . Rest in Peace Betty ! Lucille B . Conner

  2. I had the pleasure of working with Betty for 30 years at Terminix. She was a force indeed in the industry and especially our company and was responsible for developing the western NC area into a Terminix stronghold with the deepest market penetration in our company.A dear friend to me ,my wife Pat and our children. We always journeyed to Asheville from Charlotte for her Christmas parties and got home the kids after midnight. She was a very giving person who left her indelible footprint in our lifves.

  3. Betty had been a friend of my family and I rode at her barn when I was younger. She was always so kind to me. She actually gave me a horse years ago. She was always outside and always caring for her animals and property. I own one of her old horses Queen of Faith. Betty will be missed.

  4. I had the privilege of working with Betty at Terminix for many years. She was smart, sassy and had one of the biggest hearts of anyone I knew. I often think of her and remember so many fun experiences we had together. I am thankful to have have known her. Big prayers for peace and comfort for your family during this time.

  5. I did not have the chance to work with Ms. Cameron at Terminix, but I remember her name from my youth, as she was such a well known person. Some of the stories of her are legendary. May she rest in peace, and her memory be eternal.

  6. Betty was very special to my family. I remember how kind she was to me my entire life. My mother loved Betty and considered her a dear friend. I was so excited when my daughter was able to spend time with Betty. She was a wonderful person and will be missed.

  7. I worked with Betty for Many years . When I to put my application in she asked me if I liked sales .I told her I loved sales and I knew them I had a job She made it a pleasure working at Terminix . Praying for family

  8. Sympathy to Betty’s family. May God give you comfort in this time of sadness. I loved being acquainted with this sweet lady!

  9. Betty had been a blessing in so many people’s lives. I am glad she was a huge part of my child hood. I will be praying for everyone who has been affected by her loss.

  10. I worked twice for Betty at Terminix. She was a “Tuff Old BIrd” and she demanded that you work! Although at that time I thought she had no compassion at times, she always did show she had a heart when the chips were down. She just expected you to work hard to get the job done and no excuses and that’s why she made Asheville’s Terminix Company Number One! I used to hate her at times but I left there Loving Her as she taught me to work hard to succeed in life. She reminds me of a Female version of General Patton that we need today in the Workplaces and Running this Nation! I will miss her and regret I never looked her up again.
Blessing to the Family of Ms. Cameron.
