Arnold Absalom Trull, 86, passed away on Saturday, May 6, 2023.
A native of Haywood Co., Arnold was a son of the late Joe and Turner Genevieve Green Trull.
Mr. Trull retired from Ingles Markets, where he had worked since their first store was opened in the 1960s. In his free time, he enjoyed gardening and loved to cook big meals for his entire family, particularly on holidays. He was a Christian and was mindful of his faith.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Jean Trantham Trull; sons, Phillip (Beverly), Joel, Mark (Sheila), and Anthony Trull; grandchildren, Jeffrey Trull (Jennifer), Sarah Smith (Bryan), Hannah DeLeon (Dustin), and Jacob Trull; and a number of great-grandchildren.
Mr. Trull requested that no formal service be held. He will be buried on his home’s property.

I just saw this obituary. Arnold was a fellow worker with me at Ingles who I considered one of the most sincere Christian men I’ve known. He was such a sweet gentle mannered fellow that I respected very much! I know that Jesus in Heaven welcomed him with open arms! Rest in peace!
