Fairview ~ Agnes Florence Robinson Sayles, 90, of Fairview died on Friday, January 21, 2011 in Mission Hospitals Memorial Campus. She was born in Madison County and was the daughter of the late Hicks and Addie Mae Anderson Robinson. She was preceded in death by her husband John Allen Sayles in 1998. She was a member of the Laurel Pines Baptist Church in Fairview. She is survived by a daughter, Diana Patterson and partner Deborah Kubiak of Asheville; three sons, Douglas J. Sayles, Jerry A. Sayles and wife Deborah and Ricky T. Sayles all of Fairview; brother, Floyd Robinson of Horse Shoe; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held 1:00 PM Sunday at Cane Creek Cemetery in Fairview with Rev. Bobby Smith officiating. The family will receive friends following the graveside at Reynolds Baptist Church Family Life Center. Memorials may be made to Meals on Wheels, 146 Victoria Road, Asheville, NC 28801 or Reynolds Baptist Church, 520 Rose Hill Road, Asheville, NC 28803.
