Julius Arlyn Hayes

Julius Arlyn Hayes, 79, of 25 HiAlta Avenue, Asheville, died Saturday, June 8, 2002, at the Hospice Solace Center. Mr. Hayes was born in Buncombe County and was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Julius Hayes. He was a former agent for Liberty Life Insurance Company. He was a member of the Chapel on HiAlta. He is survived by his wife, Grace Lance Hayes and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be at 1:00 pm Tuesday at Forest Lawn Memorial Park with the Rev. Robert E. Harris officiating. His family will receive friends from 12 - 12:45 pm Tuesday at Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue.
