To Brenda, Garry, Tammy and all your family, We are so sorry about Barbara. She was a very sweet and gentle person. We have good memories of camping trips with her and Bill. She did like to cook and was so good at it. Her chicken and dumpings were one of her specialties. She is going to be greatly missed by all. Our prayers are with you. It is hard to let go but God will give you peace and comfort.
Dearest Garry, Brenda, Tammy, & family,
I am at a loss for words. Growing up beside your family was truly a blessing to me. I will never forget all the fun gatherings your family would have on the weekends. I often looked forward to all the people and singings. It was good gospel music hymns heard throughout the neighborhood. Lots of wonderful homemade food for everyone and none of it was fast food. What about playing horseshoes… Oh what fun everyone had. I also have fond memories going to church many times with your family at Skyland.
My grandmother, Jamie Howard, was just tell me yesterday that she and Barbara shared a lot of laughs together over the years. She will deeply miss your mothers friendship.
I love you all very much and know that my family is here for you. You are in our prayers.
Love,
Lynn, John, Sean, and Megan Brooks
Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
I wish I could be there to be with you during this time. Sending you love, Joni

Brenda, Kimberly and family,
We know giving up our loved ones is difficult. That’s reason to pray, first for your comfort and release, and second to praise that the Lord has a better home for us all, and a chance to live eternally with Him. Barbara’s steady support for her family and her testimony live on as witness to this cause.
