Asheville Butterfly TrailA native of Buncombe County and a graduate of Warren Wilson College, she was the daughter of the late Meta Gosnell and was a member of Skyland United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Russell Dean Zumstein; her daughter, Janice Buffler, and husband Mark, of Springfield, Virginia and her son, Gary Zumstein, and wife Linda, of Arden.
Her family will receive friends from 7 until 8:30 pm Monday at Groce Funeral Home at Lake Julian on Long Shoals Road.
Graveside services will be held 11 am Tuesday at Calvary Episcopal Churchyard with the Rev. Arnie Corriher officiating.

Russell, it has been a long time since CP&L. I am so sorry to hear of your loss. She was a very beautiful person. Please know that I am thinking of you and your children.
