    Chyanni,
I’m sure you already know that the bond you have with your dad will be with you always, just as long as you keep his memory and the love you share with him alive in your heart. You will always be Todd’s daughter, and Todd will always be your dad. Death may have ended his life, but it certainly does not end the relationship you have with him. Although he is no longer physically present, it doesn’t mean you cannot continue to love him in his absence. I hope the precious memories you have with your dad will one day bring you comfort, and that you’ll come to find, in the lovely words of Hugh Robert Orr:

‘They are not dead who live in lives they leave behind. In those whom they have blessed, they live a life again, and shall live through the years eternal life, and shall grow each day more beautiful, as time declares their good, forgets the rest, and proves their immortality.’ XOXO

  17. I am in shock over this loss. I have so many memories of Todd throughout my childhood. On Friday night, after working at Ingle’s we would go to Todd’s house and hangout with his parents and brothers. It seems like yesterday.
