Robert Lewis McHone

A native of Buncombe County, he was a son of the late Bobby Joe McHone and Beatrice Anders McHone Banks. He was an employee of Allied Insulation.

He is survived by his wife, Teresa Lipe McHone; children, Laura, Joseph and Christopher McHone all of the home; sisters, Betty Lewis of Black Mountain, Margaret Lance of Oteen; and half brother, Bobby Joe McHone Jr. of Asheville.

Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Monday in the Patton Avenue Chapel of Groce Funeral Home. Revs. Homer Edmunds and Elmer Taylor will officiate with burial following in Ashelawn Gardens of Memory.

His family will receive friends 7-8:30 p.m. Saturday at the home of Phillip and Angela York, 8 Vinewood Circle, Emma, and from 7-8:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
