Jeffery James Spencer

A native of Anaheim, California, he was a former resident of Asheville.

He is survived by his mother, Brenda Hack Stewart of Asheville, NC; former step-father, Robert Wright of Tabor City, NC; four sisters, Katie Williams of Asheville, Christie Wild of Arden, Julie Wright of Rexburgh, Idaho, Joni Wright of Whiteville, NC; his maternal grandmother, Fern Kelvey of Puyallup, Wash. and his maternal grandfather, Don Hack of West Allis, Wisconsin.

Services will be held at 3 pm Sunday in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints on Sweeten Creek Road, Arden, conducted by Gary Bennett, Branch President of the Asheville Branch of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

Burial will be in the Snow Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery in Candler.

The family will receive friends from 7 until 9 pm Saturday at Groce Funeral Home at Lake Julian on Long Shoals Road.
