Willie Nathan Brock, 76, of 35 Balsam Avenue, Asheville, died Sunday, August 29, 1999, in an
Asheville hospital.

Mr. Brock was born in Haywood County and was a son of the late Charlie and Ella Devore Brock. He served in the US Army during WW II and was retired from American Enka.

He is survived by his wife, Marcella Elizabeth Cline Brock;  a daughter, Deborah Brock of Downey,
CA;  two sons, Gary Wooten of Kissimmee, FL and John Cooper Brock of Lexington, NC;  a sister, Mary Jo Brock of Arden;  three brothers, Robert Brock of Canton, Earl Brock of Asheville, and Perry Brock of Candler; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be 11:00 am Wednesday at Pisgah View Memorial Park with the Revs. James H. Johnson and Greg Metcalf officiating.

Her family will receive friends from 7 - 8:30 pm Tuesday at Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue.
