Christine Robinson Harding

Mrs. Harding was born in Buncombe County, was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Rufus Robinson, and was married to Otis 'Jack' Harding, who died in 1958. She was also preceded in death by three brothers and seven sisters. She was retired from American Enka and was a member of Snow Hill United Methodist Church.

She is survived by two daughters, Pat Canipe and Jean Griffin of Candler; a son, Don Harding of Overland Park, Kansas; three grandchildren, Gary Frizsell and Jackie Turbyfill of Candler and Robbie Ownbey of Canton; and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Wednesday in the Patton Avenue chapel of Groce Funeral Home with the Reverend Neil Haynes officiating. Burial will be in Snow Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery.

Her family will receive friends from 7-8:30 pm Tuesday at the funeral home and request that memorials be made to the Snow Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery Fund.
