Lucille Velma Voth

Mrs. Voth was born in North Dakota and was a daughter of the late John and Lydia Rau Tohm.  At the age of five, her family moved to Shafter, CA, where she attended the Shafter German Seventh-day Adventist School.  She married Alfred Allen Voth, who died in 1996, and worked with him in farming and home remodeling for a number of years in California and Oregon until moving to Asheville in 1985.  She was always active in their community Seventh-day Adventist churches and most recently was a member of the Asheville North Seventh-day Adventist Church.
She enjoyed baking and gardening and was active in both until her death.
She is survived by her son, Dr. Eugene D. Voth and his wife Lori;  three grandchildren, Kent Wolff, Bradford Voth, and Dr. Lorena Voth, and a great-granddaughter, MaryKent Wolff.
