  13. Ann,
I often thought of you and Roger and wondered how y’all were doing and if Roger was still painting. He’s one of only two or three supervisors I’ve had over my career of 24+ years at NCDC that I have respect for and enjoined his leadership & mentoring. God blessings & mercies be upon you & yours in this time of sorrow and throughout you’re life.
    and
    Roger,
Rest in Peace in the Arms of our beloved Savior and Friend Jesus Christ!

Until we meet again our friend.
    Your Friends,
    Jimmy & Norma

  17. Anne, sorry for your loss. Roger will live on in our hearts and memories. He had a big heart and wonderful smile. He was a mentor, friend, and a teacher who helped me at the beginning of my government service. It was a pleasure working with such a man. I will miss him.
