Hendersonville – Randall Steven Buhrmaster, 53, of Jubilation Drive, died Sunday, May 17, 2009. A native of Miami, Florida, he was the son of Patricia Liles Buhrmaster Howe of Melbourne, FL and of the late Glen Charles Buhrmaster. Randy was a former resident of Key West, FL and Canton, before moving to Hendersonville. He was a salesman and a member of the American Legion. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, AnnMarie Buhrmaster; his children, Randall Wade Buhrmaster, Ashley Roy and Sunny Griffin; his sister, Sandra Molina and four grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 7:00 until 8:30 pm Wednesday Groce Funeral Home at Lake Julian. A service will be held at 11 am Thursday in the chapel of Groce Funeral Home at Lake Julian on Long Shoals Road. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Assn., PO Box 5216, Glen Allen, VA 23058-5216.

    I was so sorry to read of Randy’s death in the paper today. We retired to Maggie Valley from Key West in 1991 but I did not know that Randy lived nearby.

  7. I was saddened to hear that Randy had passed away. I only met Randy recently, but he left a huge impression on me as a wonderful husband, father and friend. I know that his friends will miss him greatly and my prayers and thoughts are with his family.

  13. Dear Family, I had the honor of working with Randy at Smoky Mountain Chevrolet here in Franklin. He was such a gentleman and a pleasure to work with. Ashley, I remember Randy picking you up after school and bringing you to the dealership and how we looked forward to your visit. My thoughts and prayers will be with all of you. Randy will be sorely missed.
