Francis Decker Holder, 80, of Asheville, passed away Tuesday, July 15, 2008 at John F. Keever Hospice Solace Center.
A native of Haywood County, she was the daughter of the late Frank S. and Helen Fisher Decker. She is also preceded in death by two sisters, Alice Bailey and Sara Radford and a brother, Charles Decker.
Surviving are a daughter, Jan Miller and husband Ken; two brothers, Don Decker and wife Ruth and Jim Decker and wife Barbara; two grandchildren, Brynna Miller and Brian Miller and wife Tiffany; several nieces and nephews and her good friend Mary from Arrowhead Apartments.

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of Frances. She was a neat lady. I was her landlord for six years at Arrowhead Apartments. The last two years that I was there, I saw her physical condition go down quite a bit. Prior to that, she was always going shopping and doing things. She will be greatly missed. Bye for now Frances.
