SHE WAS THE BEST GRANDMA A PERSON COULD HAVE SHE IS MUCH LOVED AND WILL BE GREATLY MISSED .
I’ll never forget the times in my childhood, playing in grannys yard as well as the conversations we had as i became a young adult, I love you and will miss you.
Mama,
I will miss your mortal presence but I will always remember the times that you were there for me.
We will meet again as it is written in the book of life.

Our hearts and prayers are with all of the family
I have fond memorizes of Aunt Connie~
love you all
Connie, my sister, throughout the years, you have shown me affection and have always been there when I needed you. Together, we have shared many sorrows and pain, faith, through the trials of our life that could not be changed.
Through all of these things, we learned wisdom and how to cover everything with love.
As my sister and friend, you have unselfishly given unto me a treasure I hold dear to my heart.
My portrait of you will hold forever. You have always been a virtuous woman all your life.
I remember the love you have shown, how you cared for your family even when there was not enough; and your cupboard looked empty and bear. You were like a merchant ship, you arose while it was yet night and gave meat to your household and a portion to the needy.
I can still see you when you walked your children, Kathleen, Linda and David to school. Your faithfulness to your husband, Walter, until he passed, knew you loved him.
When you needed shoes and your clothes were not in fashion, you walked as if you were clothed in tapestry, silk and purple, and you were. You knew a secret of how to touch God. He was the strength of your life and his joy gave you the strength to live.
You have fought a good fight, you have kept the faith. There is therefore now laid up for you a crown of righteousness and not to you only, but to all those who love His appearing.
Love,
Gladys

Miss Connie,
You are a GOOD WOMAN!
I enjoyed your smile and the little conversations that we shared.
You spoke of good times and hard times that you experienced, and were always able to smile because you succeeded through hard times as well as good times.
You will be missed by many that know and love you.
I am privileged to have the pleasure of you accepting me as part of your family.
I have and I will continue to keep my promise to you.
Until we meet again enjoy all the pleasures of heaven.

My Dear Miss Connie,
You were by far the most stubborn and bullheaded woman I have ever met. I want to be just like you when I grow up.
You always made me laugh and sometimes cry.
Thank you for all you brought to my life. I will miss you, but know you are at peace and in no more pain.
Give Kathleen a message for me…once again it’s her job to keep up with your TEETH. I QUIT..
Just know you leave behind lots of family and friends that love you.
We will all see you again. I promise.
Remember you still owe me some cornbread. I’ll bring the gooey bars when I come if…. David will share.
All my love my very dear friend,

Miss Connie,
I only had the pleasure of meeting you once but have heard so much about you from my daughter, ‘Leroy’. The trials of life we go through take a great toll on us.
I know there is a wonderful place in Heaven for Mom’s like you.
Your job as a Mother is not over but just beginning in a different way. They always say a Mother’s work is never done.
Rest assured that I will try my best to keep Max in line. No one could do it like you.
Enjoy your new beginning,
I will see you soon.
