Martha Jane McDill, 90, of Asheville, died Thursday, August 24, 2006, at Rickman Nursing Center.
A native of Christopher, IL, she was a daughter of the late Charles F. and Lettie Cockrum Sisk. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Thomas A. McDill, who died in 1995 and by a sister, Lula Mae Yeske.
Survivors include a daughter, Patricia A. Taylor of Asheville; a son, David M. McDill of Battle Creek, MI; five grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
A private, immediate family only, graveside service will be held at 11:00 am Saturday at New Prospect Baptist Church Cemetery in Anderson, SC.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Baptist Missions, 5 Oak Street, Asheville, NC 28801.
