Dear Karen, Linda and family:
I will never forget visiting Uncle Carey last August. Aunt Betty, Mom and I pulled up to the front of his assisted living facilty and Uncle Carey came around the loop and looked up to see us and he just had the biggest grin on his face. He loved his children and family so much and loved to show off his family pictures in his room. Uncle Carey had a way to make kids laugh too! Some of my favorite childhood memories include trips to Aiken Supermarket to see him at work. My Mom will miss her brother and Karl, Kurt and I will miss our Uncle Carey. May God’s love comfort you during this difficult time. Love, Karoline
Joe & Linda,
Our thoughts and our prayers continue with each of you as you say good-bye to your Dad. God’s grace will be sufficient for the needs you have in your lives now and as you need it. Just know that we love you and will support you in any way we can.

To the family – Aiken’s Supermarket seemed to have employed just about every student at TC Roberson at one time or another during it’s years in oeration. Many friends were made in our ‘other home.’ Carey will surely be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Dear Karen, Linda and Family, I have the fondest memories of your father. He gave me my first real job as a cashier at Aiken’s market years ago and I spent many happy hours there with him, Jack, and the rest of the TCR crew who worked there. You all are in my thoughts and prayers. Sincerely, Jeannette Janecek Diana

I am so very sad to learn of the loss of your Dad. I have such wonderful memories of working at ‘Aikens’ and how very kind your father was to me. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I think of you often when looking back at our high school years. I considered you not only a classmate but also a friend that I admired greatly.
