Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. I remember Mr. Wayne as a soft spoken man who always had a smile. His was the first Studebaker I ever saw, and every time I see one I think of him.

  2. having grown up with Wayne was a challenge—we had the joy of watching him–the Austin boys–the Rice boys–the Searsey boys and the OTHERS that knew him from youth to Seniors —he knew everyone and in later years he became a very loving man and would greet with smile and hug

  3. Enjoyed the early years with Wayne. We worked, played and circled the popular locations on tunnel road. A great guy to be with. His memory will be with us for a long time.

  4. I have so much love for this family. I can honestly say I have known Wayne my whole life. Many fond memories and stories to recall. He will truly be missed. My love a prayers to each of you.

  5. Marlene, So sorry to read of your brother’s passing.May you receive rhe comfort of God during the coming days.

  6. We are truly saddened to hear about Wayne. He was a true and caring friend, father, and avid hunter. Keeping you in our thoughts and prayers, wishing you peace at this time.

  7. So saddened to hear of Wayne’s passing. His was a known name in my family for as far back as I can remember — working with my dad, hanging out with my brother and then 23 years ago, building a beautiful house for us.
    Rest in peace, Wayne.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of the family during this difficult time.

  8. Wayne I know you will be missed in the community and by your family. You were my classmate at Enka High School and you always had a smile on your face. We graduated in 1959 and the last time I saw you was at a reunion (that was years ago, too), and you were still hugging everyone with that smile that I see in the picture on here. Prayers for you family as you go in the days ahead and have precious memories of Wayne that you will hold dear to your hearts. May the Lord give you great peace and comfort. Priscilla Rice Mogan
