Asheville Butterfly TrailBrandon Freeman, 26, passed away Tuesday February 27, 2024. He was the son of Marvin Howell and Tammera Jean Freeman.
Brandon is also survived by his sister, Brianna Dockery (Christian); a brother, Jonathan Freeman (Keri); and half-sister, Laken Abbott. He was also a beloved uncle to a niece and nephews. Brandon was a devoted grandson, nephew, brother, son and friend.
He served as a chef all around Asheville.
A memorial service will be held in the chapel of Groce Funeral Home on Patton Ave. on Tuesday March 5, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. His family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children.

Brandon, my brother you were always a shining light for the years that I knew you, life happened and we went our separate ways. You and your family let me into your lives and I will always be thankful for that! We sure did know how to have fun even in circumstances that made it hard for that to happen.
