We extend our sympathy to Kathy’s families. Kathy maintained volumes of information on the Buckner family and all her efforts were greatly appreciated. We are comforted to know Kathy loved God and she is in His presence. May her families find peace and comfort in God. From the Mafrey Barnwell families.
We extend our love and prayers to the families.
I’m really sorry for Beth’s and the entire family’s loss. The Sykes Family.
Nancy and I are so sorry to hear about Kathy’s passing.
We pray for God’s Holy Spirit to calm Mike and the family’s hearts and to be with you all during this time of mourning.

I am so sorry to hear about Kathy. I am thinking of all of you.
Dear Penland and Buckner Families,
I am grieved for you all in this loss. I am sensitive as I lost my sister, Sara at around the same time. I know this has likely left many numb. My prayers are for you all.
All my love,
Laura Crockett
I just learned of Kathy’s passing. We worked together for 22 years in two different school settings. Kathy was smart, organized, knew her field, very skilled in planning and thinking ahead. She loved her family dearly. Mike, John, Laura, Beth and Tommy—I am so sorry. May you feel comfort and peace and God’s love around you.
