I’m so sorry for your loss, Morgan. Jackie was always so bright and friendly and outgoing. She will be missed. Will be praying for God to comfort you during this difficult time.
Your Mother and I were friends during high school and GTI and stayed in touch for a short time thereafter. We made a lot of fond memories during those years. She was always kind, loving, a devoted friend and a blessing.
I grieve with all Jackie’s loved ones in her passing. However, please be comforted knowing that she is with our Lord Jesus and that Heaven rejoiced to welcome her.
Although I’ve been away from AVL since 2018; this sad news about your mom has hit all her friends very hard. We are devastated for you, her beloved daughter.
I’ve read every condolence here & on social media.

Morgan, we know words can’t help but we want to say how very sorry we are to hear of your mother’s passing. We are in shock and remembering seeing both of you at the last Beach Night. She danced with Ray and I talked and laughed with you both. She was always such a joy to be with and her smile will always be in our hearts.

Morgan, how did this happen? I am stunned and saddened. Jackie and I were hall mates
at Biltmore Park and shared many early morning walks with much laughter and joyous
times at 131.
We have been out of touch lately and I am saddened by the fact that I may not see her again. Morgan,
do hope you are doing well in your career & life and of course you will miss your friend and mother beyond
words.

Our deepest condolences. Your Mom was a precious lady. She designed and furnished every room in our home – we loved going to her store as she always met us at the door with a beautiful smile and with such grace. I remember meeting you at the store one Saturday – you were studying and hanging out with your Mom and you both told me all about “shag dancing” which I had never heard of. Your love for others and each other was such a gift. I am praying for you both.
With love, Lee and Dave Shampang

It’s been said that we are spiritual beings having a physical experience…
Jackie has been freed from the cocoon of earthy life- transformed into a beautiful butterfly beyond this dimension. Her soul lives on, and so do your many memories of her.
The mother/daughter relationship you shared was so special! But the umbilical connection transcends time, and will always remain.
The best way to honor your mom is to live life fully going forward. Keep on dancing!
May God bless you with His perfect peace always. Heartfelt condolences.
