Bob, we are so sorry for your loss, we will be praying for you & your family during this difficult time.
I worked with Peggy on many claims when I was with Crawford & Company Risk Management at Executive Park in Asheville during the 1980s and 1990s. Peggy was always so receptive in sharing pertinent information and we were always able to resolve any issues from the most basic to the more complicated. She knew her stuff. She was a true professional. It was a pleasure working with her. My deepest sympathy to her family and many friends and associates.
