Asheville Butterfly TrailShirley Marie Merolla, 87, of the Crowfields Retirement Community, passed away Sunday, November 8, 2020 at Mission Hospital.
She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Robert S. Merolla; three daughters, Shelley Stacks of Asheville, Teri Mills of Durham, NC and Karen Barker (Paul) of Bloomington, IN as well as seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Shirley was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
A Celebration of Shirley’s Life will be held at a later date.
