Wilma Ruth Whorley

Wilma Ruth Whorley, 75, passed away Wednesday, December 18, 2019, at Flesher’s Fairview Health Care Center.
Mrs. Whorley was born in Richmond, VA, August 13, 1944, to the late Thomas and Margie Ruth Jones Cooper. She is survived by daughters, Ruth Whorley and Terri Sanders (Tommy), three grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, a brother, Stanley Cooper (Jean), a niece Deloris and two great-nephews, Kenny and Andrew.
The family expresses their love and appreciation to the staff of Fleshers Health Care for their wonderful care and compassion for the past six years.
The family will host a private Celebration of Her Life at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Groce Funeral Home to help with expenses.
