Born in Johnson City, TN, he was the son of Lovada (Bulla) and Ralph Conner of Asheville.
He was a member of Biltmore Baptist Church and attended AC Reynolds High School.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a sister, Misty Scruggs (Mark) of Knoxville, TN; a niece, Amber Scruggs; a nephew, Ethan Scruggs; and his beloved silver Lab, Sterling.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
