Junior Lee Moore

Junior Lee Moore, 90, of Asheville, died on Thursday, December 13, 2018. A native of Spring Creek, Junior was a son of the late Robert Lee and Flora Gentry Moore. He was also preceded in death by his many siblings. He is survived by his wife of almost 67 years, Edith Surrett Moore; son, Bruce Moore; a number of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday at the Groce Funeral Home chapel on Patton Ave. Interment will follow at Green Hills Cemetery. His family will receive friends at the funeral home for one hour prior to the service.
