Harvey James Frady

Harvey James Frady, 83, of Asheville, died on Sunday, January 11, 2015, at the John F. Keever Hospice Solace Center. A native of Buncombe Co., Mr. Frady was the son of the late Vernon Hampton and Lula Jones Frady. Mr. Frady is survived by his sisters, Helen Teague, Mable Freeman, and Betty Shipman; and several nieces and nephews, including a special niece, Susan Austin. A graveside service for Mr. Frady will at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday at Gashes Creek Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Marvin Watts officiating. Groce Funeral Home on Tunnel Rd. is assisting the family.
