Bud C. Surrett, 69, of New Leicester Hwy, passed away Sunday, November 24, 2013.
Mr. Surrett was a retired farmer and construction worker. He was a son of the late Lloyd and Velda King Surrett. He was also preceded in death by 5 brothers, Gaither, Gerald, Ted, Ken, and Jim Surrett.
Surviving are sisters Kay Davis and Eva Turner, brother Joe Surrett, all of Leicester, and special nephews Randy and Mike Turner.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday in the Patton Ave. chapel of Groce Funeral Home, with the Rev. Brandon Turner officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service.
Burial will be in the Payne's Chapel Cemetery.
