Linda Sue Perkins, 63, of Asheville passed away Friday September 27, 2013. She was the daughter of the late David and Arizona McKinney.
Mrs. Perkins is survived by her husband Edward Perkins; Children Gerald Allison and Aleda Lunsford; Step children James, Joey, and Johnny Perkins; Grandchildren Randall Phillips, Alexander Allison, and Heather Allison; Step grandchildren Casey Edward, Cheyenne Perkins, Dakota Perkins, Drake Perkins, Victoria Perkins, and Hope Glasgow; Brother Stephen McKinney; and Sisters Teresa Moore and Sherrie Harris.
Linda was a retired US Air Force Technical Sergeant, member of Beta Sigma Phi, and life member of Air Force Sergeant's Association.
Funeral Services will be held Monday September 30, 2013 at 1:00pm in the chapel of Groce Funeral Home on Patton Ave, with interment to follow at Gashes Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Sunday, September 29, 2013 from 7:00 – 9:00 pm at the Funeral Home.
