Doris Mildred Anderson Talbot

Asheville –Doris Mildred Anderson Talbot, 88, of Crowfields died Friday, January 11, 2013 at the Elizabeth House. Doris was born in Brooklyn, New York on February 19, 1924 to John and Agnes Gunderson Anderson. She was wife of George Marvin Talbot who died in 2002. Doris is survived by a daughter, Susan Lynn Cupp of Asheville; a son, Steve George Talbot of Connecticut; three grandchildren, Paul George Cupp, Tricia Ellen Talbot and Brian Scot Talbot. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren, Tyler Allan Cupp and Lauren Olivia Cupp. A memorial service will be held at 12:00 noon on Monday, January 14, 2013 in the chapel of Groce Funeral Home at Lake Julian with the Reverend Roger Rearden officiating.
