Sorry for your loss. You and your family are in our prayers!
Dear Benny, Tammy & Chris.. My heart goes out to all of you during this time. Spook, to me & Lisa, was more like a Papaw than our uncle. He not only always showed love, but he gave of his time and of himself. The many trips to the lake, sketti dinners, fish fry’s and drives across the parkway are some of the very many memories that will always remain in my heart. I know that Spook is with June now and may that give your hearts comfort until we can all meet them once again..in heaven!
You are in our prayers. May God give you comfort in this time of loss.
Benny & Family. Wishing you and your family many joyful memories of your father. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. It’s been a long tough road and he is at peace now.

I could write a book about Spook. I will always cherish the times that I spent with CR.as a tight group of family doing the things we loved to do. Camping, hunting and fishing and just being together at a dinner table. CR always had a way to make me laugh so hard I could cry. He was witty and serious, and could make you smile with just his presence. I will miss Spook and June. They will always be in my heart forever. Thanks for the memories!! You all are in our thoughts a prayers. Davey & Wendy

I will always have the best of memories of Spook, and wish my boys could have gotten to know him. We live in the house that mamaw and papaw built up on the mountain, which Spook helped build in 1976. I pray that God Bless you and remind you of His ever present help during these days.
I miss Spook and June dearly and all the memories. Almost all of my best childhood memories involved them. Hunting and fishing trips every year was always the best!! I always considered him my Grandpa instead of my uncle!!! I still have my first 30-30 rifle that he bought for me!! He and June were always sooo good to us!! I love you Spook and June!!!
